SEMINARIO DE ARBITRAJE POR INTERNET VÁLIDO PARA NORMA DE ÁRBITRO FIDE

The Costa Rica Chess Federation, in cooperation with the Confederation of Chess for America, is going to organize an Internet Based FIDE Arbiters' Seminar, from 19 to 24 September 2017, under the auspices of FIDE.

The lectures will be in Spanish language.

The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms, according to the Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters.
