During the event recording of images and/or video material will be made for future use. The organiser reserves the right to publish images, video or audio material taken at the event on the Internet or in print media and to use it as advertising material. Images, video and/or audio material may be taken of visitors and participants. Visitors accept and acknowledge this by participating in the event or by entering the event venue. In case of problems arising from this, no subsequent compensation may be claimed by guests, exhibitors or visitors. If the visitor is a public figure, he/she may be named without his/her consent. The legal basis for the processing of the above data is the consent of the data subject (Article 6 (1) a) GDPR and Act CXII of 2011, § 3, point 7 and Act V of 2013, § 6:4 (2) (3)).
