Did you know that the oldest surviving chess study is almost 900 years old? Are you familiar with chess compositions? Join us and discover this magical world, the creations of the Mozarts and rock stars of chess art! The Judit Polgar Chess Foundation invites chess enthusiasts on an artistic chess adventure for the fourth time, and this year we have once again asked outstanding chess study composers to create new compositions. The program honors the legacy and memory of the world-renowned Hungarian-American grandmaster and study composer, Pal Benko.

"This year's Chess Artistry Adventure in memory of Pal Benko was of exceptionally high quality, thank you for the amazing studies. My sincere admiration for the composers and thank you for your contribution: Timman, Minski, Gatti, Zilberstein, Pasman, Pervakov, Hoch, Gyarmati, Richardson, Hlebec, Staudte, Tarasiuk, Panayotov, Gurganidze and Ashley." Judit
